UN Youth Delegates and UN Youth Finland are organising the Youth Future Summit on 24-25 August in Helsinki.

Youth Summit Of The Future:

The Youth Future Summit is a weekend-long seminar that brings together young people from across the country to discuss, learn and innovate around the challenges of the future. The event aims to inspire young people to become active participants in the societal debate and to develop their advocacy skills and networks.

The Youth Future Summit will focus on the themes of the UN Summit on the Future and gather young people’s views for policy makers. Young people will have the opportunity to engage with each other in workshops, listen to expert speakers and panels, and network with other young people and organisations who want to make a difference to our common future. The Youth Future Summit aims to produce a Youth Future Pact, as a counterpart to the forthcoming UN Future Pact, and to gather young people’s recommendations for the Future Generations Impact Assessment.

Join the Summit by organising a future-oriented workshop!

By organising a workshop at the Youth Summit Of The Future, you can help young people anticipate the challenges of the future and find solutions that promote global prosperity and equality.

Call for workshops:

We are looking for workshops for our Summit on a wide range of topics, including sustainable development, technological innovation, social justice, entrepreneurship, arts and culture and other topics that interest and inspire young people. In particular, we hope to see future-oriented perspectives that will help young people understand and prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The main language of the Youth Future Summit will be Finnish, but you can also propose workshops in other languages.

The duration of the workshops requested is 1h.
