The Committee of international affairs executes UN Youth’s activities in the Nordic, European and even global context.

What is the Committee of international affairs? The committee of international affairs is a section through which the international activities are organized. The committee has working groups that are specified in certain areas of work.

What does the Committee do? The committee is responsible for communications  with other international youth organizations internationally. The committee follows the work of international stakeholders like United Nations Youth Association Network UNYANET and WFUNA youth (World Federation of United Nations Associations). It also follows the international UN and youth related themes. Further information on the activities of the working groups can be found on their respective pages.

What is the mission? The mission of the Committee is to strengthen cooperation with international youth organizations, UN associations and NGOs especially in the Nordic countries.

How to be part of all this? You can participate through your local body of UN Youth or by e-mailing the coordinator of the committee.
